Bobbi Armstrong

Bobbi is a founding partner of Britehorn Partners and Britehorn Securities (formerly known as LoHi Merchant Bank). She brings over twenty years of private equity and transactional experience in high-growth companies in both the public and private capital markets. Over the course of her career, she has served as banker, advisor, principal investor, board member, and interim management for companies in a wide range of industries with an emphasis on media, technology, business services, and healthcare. Prior to founding Britehorn Partners, Bobbi served as a principal of lower middle market private equity firm Mercantile Capital Group — where she sourced, structured, and added value to portfolio investments. Before joining Mercantile, Bobbi was a biotech research analyst with Union Bank of Switzerland Lifescience Group. She started her financial career with Trebol, the U.S. investment arm of Argentine private bank Banco General de Negocios.

Brett is an investor and currently serves on the Board of Directors for ARB Labs Inc., a technology company serving the casino gaming industry, and is an investor and Advisory Board Member for York RLFC, a professional rugby league club based in York, England. He has practiced corporate law in Denver and Miami, and holds a JD from the University of Miami School of Law, a Professional Certification in Mergers & Acquisitions from the New York Institute of Finance, and a Professional Certification in Behavioral Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Andrew Hurry

Andre Hurry is a Partner of Britehorn Partners with over 30 years of strategic advisory and transactional experience. His strengths include applying a unique combination of a pragmatic, scientific, engineering and finance background to complex situations across telecom, environmental, title insurance, and other industries. His recent projects include his role as Financial Consultant to Colorado Springs Utility and City Utilities, Springfield MO for the development of citywide fiber networks and lease contracts with Ting and Brightspeed. Andrew spent 10 years as Senior Investment Banker at The Yale Group. Prior to The Yale Group, he was a principal at Grayson & Associates, a merchant banking firm focusing on medical-related technology investments. Before Grayson, he was a Senior Project Manager in Europe for global environmental consulting firms, with his role focusing on business development, environmental due diligence, and natural resource development. Andrew holds an MBA from the University of London, England, an M.Sc. from University College London, and a B.Sc. from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. He has Series 7, 24, 28 and 63 FINRA licenses.

Steve Gaynor

Steve has over forty years’ experience as a banker and advisor to corporate and institutional clients with a focus on technology, telecom, media, and financial services. After graduating simultaneously from Harvard Law and Business Schools (JD/MBA), he went to Wall Street where he was an M&A lawyer with Skadden, Arps, and subsequently an M&A and corporate finance banker with L.F. Rothschild. Steve was recruited by Pacific Telesis (now AT&T) to become a leader of its aggressive global expansion in wireless (AirTouch spinoff), which drove AirTouch’s $62 billion acquisition by Vodafone and Verizon. Following Airtouch, Steve became a Partner at Arthur D. Little, where he advised large funds on technology and telecom investments. That eventually led him to co-found MSG Securities to advise companies on M&A and capital raises, where he served as Managing Partner just prior to joining Britehorn. In addition to his JD/MBA degrees, Steve has a BA, highest distinction, from Baruch College, and a certificate, with distinction, in telecom/Internet engineering from U.C. Berkeley.
